The 500 Club Student Housing Application...
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING
1. Complete the online application form found at the bottom of this page
2. There is a $30.00 non-refundable application fee. You have the option of paying the application fee online, or you may print out your filled in application and mail in your payment.
If mailing in the application and fee:
Send completed application with non-refundable $30.00 check/money order made payable to:

3. Upon receipt of your application, and based on availability, you will be assigned to a 500 Club unit. The status of your application will be sent to you via email.
4. If your application is accepted, you will receive a lease agreement. You will need to return the lease agreement by the date specified with a check /money order for the security deposit in the amount of $350. If the lease agreement is not returned by the date specified, your unit will be released and made available to the next applicant. A new application will then need to be submitted, if you wish to reapply.
