Please note that your rates will remain the same for however long you are a tenant at the 500 Club Apartments.  To qualify for the fixed rate you must be a continuous resident.  A continuous resident is one who does not live anywhere else for a semester or longer.

Amenities
Lease includes ample parking, cable tv, high speed internet, water
and sewer usage, and $50 of electrical usage/unit/month.

A security deposit of $350 per tenant will be required for each unit prior to occupancy.


Each 500 Club unit will be furnished as follows:

Each 500 Club unit will be prewired for: high speed internet, cable television, and telephone (Cost of telephone usage is tenants')

The 500 Club Apartment building is fully sprinklered, has a conveniently located laundry room on each floor, has elevator service to all levels, and has a spacious first floor gathering room.
